Q: We plan to book for the 8 days Los Angeles package Tour from Sept 11 -18. I want to now if stayhotel is inclusive up to 18h of September as we will have a domestic flight the next morning. in this case do we also avail of the complimentary hotel transfer to airport and which domestic a rport do we go to?

Kindly note this tour can provide 7-Night Hotel Accommodations, but it will not provide hotel on the 8th day. Please note that if you want to stay extra after your tour, you can leave us a clear note about your intention. We will try to arrange the hotel extension and get back to you with the hotel quotations. Kindly note that the tour will have its itinerary as is and the extra stay will have no program as the tour will end on the 8th day and we cannot provide the airport transfer service after the tour itinerary. 2017-08-15 23:30:47 Dear Cynthia, Thank you for your inquiry. The tour includes 7 nights hotel accommodations with the first night arranged for day 1 of the tour and the last night for day 7. Here is the drop off information. Airport drop-off: Drop-off in Los Angeles: The tour normally returns to Los Angeles between 6:30pm - 7:00pm, but there may be a 30-60 minute delay caused by some special circumstances, such as bad weather condition, traffic jam, etc. We offer the complimentary airport drop-off service, guests who wish to fly out of LAX on the same day must please book a U.S. domestic flight after 9:30pm. and international flight after 10:30pm. Drop-off in Las Vegas: We recommend taxi services for guest flying out of McCarran International Airport. Taxis can be arranged for USD 10 and takes about 10 minutes. Q: Hello, We have a question regarding the exact time of the tour. If we choose a tour starting on sept 25th, ending on 1st of oct, does it mean it will be organized for sure on those dates or does it depend on number of people who applied for those dates? We already booked our flghts from LA and to LA, and would like to book a tour of 7 days around California, but we are not sure if the tour might change and if it is going to fit our schedule. Our flight to LA is on sept 25th and from LA is on 2nd of oct. If we book it now do we close these dates for sure or they might change? Q: To whom it my concern, We are a family of 9, arriving at LA on September 30th on Copa Airlines at 12: 45pm. We return to our country on the 8th at 5:56 am from Las Vegas. We have three queries: 1) Do you think it is possible for us to take the tour on Oct 1st, since we would like to stay a night (SEP 30th) and explore LA for a bit more, even take a 1 day tour with you guys? 2) Which Hotel will we be lodging in on Oct 1st, so we can book the previous night at the same hotel. 3) Is it possible to leave the tour in Las Vegas on the 8th, seeing that our flight leaves on this day at 5:56 am?
